We want you to feel supported on your healing journey. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we’re here to help.
Because our boxes contain personal care, aromatherapy products, and items that cannot be re-stocked once opened, we do not accept returns for safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons.
However, we gladly assist with:
Damaged or Missing Items
If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will happily replace the item or credit your account for the value.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal, please cancel before your next billing date.
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive or is marked delivered but missing, please contact us at:
support@mindritualbox.com (replace when your official email is set)
We will help file a carrier claim and offer a replacement when possible.

Because we are a small business and items are curated specifically for emotional wellness, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.
